San Jose del Mogote, Huijazoo & Casa – Full day tour

This is a full day tour visiting off the beat & path sites in the Northern Valley of Oaxaca. First visit the earliest urban settlement in the valley from 1150 BCE at the village of San Jose del Mogote with its small but beautiful Community Museum.

Then visit the spectacular ancient site of Huijazoo on top of a mountain outside the village of Huitzo and then in the near village of Suchilquitongo, visit the community Museum with all the relics found.

After a rest drinks and/or lunch, visit a restored Textile hacienda and turned into the Center for the Arts CASA – Centro de las Arts San Agustin. And also a natural paper making factory there.
