Tour to The Lake of Chapala, Chula Vista, Ajijic

During the journey of approximately 60 minutes from Guadalajara to the area of Lake Chapala we give you historical, demographic and contemporary aspects of the places located between both points.

Once you get to the area you will enjoy a beautiful view of Mexico’s largest lake surrounded by picturesque mountains and villages. The town of Chapala is the first stop of this tour, where you will have time to
explore. Then we continue our journey to Chula Vista and Floresta, which are communities surrounded by flowers all year round and with a large number of lavish residences inhabited some of them by retirees from the
U.S. and Canada; with beautiful golf course and panoramic view of the lake.

Then we arrive at Ajijic, a picturesque village with its original crafts and works of art made by natives of this place, as well as international artists.

Here you can stop for lunch in the restaurant La Nueva Posada Ajijic, which is located in front of the Chapala lake.
