Oaxaca Cacti Biosphere & Ancient Tehuacan – 2 days, 1 night
This is a tour to the amazing UNESCO World Heritage Cacti Biosphere.
The first day we drive to the Helia Bravo Hollis Botanic natural botanic garden to explore and as orientation. After a great lunch we continue to a free range area to identify unique specimens. The second day we will visit the ancient kingdom of Ndachjian, better known as Tehuacan Viejo & its great site Museum. This is a little-known central culture of the Popoloca Nation.
Afterwards, we will return to town and visit the Museum of the Valley of Tehuacan and see some of the oldest corn samples of the world dug out in this valley & Oaxaca.
